Cookie Policy

At CRAFTGATE TEKNOLOJI A.S. (“CRAFTGATE” or “Us”) we use our own and third-party cookies to store and retrieve your browsing habits and compile visitor statistics. Therefore, in order to guarantee your privacy, at CRAFTGATE we inform you, as Data Controller, through this cookie policy (“Cookie Policy”) about the use of data storage and retrieval devices on users’ (“User”) terminal equipment.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT ARE THEY FOR?

Cookies are small files that are downloaded to the User’s computer/smartphone/tablet when accessing certain websites and applications, which allow the storage and retrieval of User data, such as, for example, the number of times the User has visited the website. They are also used to guarantee the quality, usability, and correct functioning of the website ("Website").

Cookies store information about Users and may therefore affect their privacy. This information is not only of a technical and statistical nature, as it refers to personal preferences and allows the personalisation of content. In this way, the purpose of cookies is to adapt the content of the Website to your profile and needs.

At CRAFTGATE we may also use technologies like cookies, such as pixels, web beacons or bugs that allow data to be stored and retrieved on your computer/smartphone/tablet.

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES DO WE USE?

Cookies can be classified into different types, according to different criteria. A cookie can be included in more than one category:

According to the entity that manages them.

Own cookies: own cookies are those sent to your device from a computer or domain managed by Us and from which the service requested by you as a User is provided.
Third-party cookies: Third-party cookies are those sent to your device (from a computer or domain that may or may not be managed by Us) by another entity that processes the data collected by the cookie for its own purposes.

Own cookies are identified in this policy indicating that the owner is "CRAFTGATE". The rest are owned by the third parties indicated in each case. In the section "What cookies do we use?", you can access their respective cookie policies by clicking on the name of the third party, including transfers to third countries, if any.

Depending on the period they remain activated on your device.

Session cookies and persistent cookies: session cookies are designed to collect and store your data while accessing our Website as a User. The information is kept only during the session and disappears at the end of the session. Persistent cookies, however, store your information as a User for a longer period, which can be accessed and processed by the person responsible for each cookie during that period. This period varies according to each cookie and can range from a few minutes to several years.

According to their purpose

Technical cookies (necessary): these cookies allow our Website to function properly, so they are essential for you to use all the options of the Website and to navigate and use the functions of the same normally.
Preferences or Customisation Cookies: are those that allow you to remember information, so that you can access our Website, with characteristics that can differentiate your experience from those of other Users, such as, for example, the appearance or content of the Website, which may vary depending on the type of browser you use.

Behavioural Advertising Cookies: are those that allow the effective management of advertising spaces that may have been included on the Website, through the storage of information on your behaviour as a User, obtained thanks to the continuous observation of your browsing habits, which allows developing a specific profile to display advertising based on it.
